I’m really disappointed with my experience using the service. I entered a paid competition for a specific guitar and, despite the advertised draw date, I never saw any evidence that the draw took place. There were no updates or announcements, which made me uneasy about my money. I tried to get clarification, but communication was slow and I never received a clear answer. I no longer feel confident participating in their competitions and urge others to be cautious before spending money. I hope they improve transparency and provide clear proof of competition outcomes in the future.
