Regrettably, my order was returned to the company by the delivery service after two unsuccessful attempts to deliver my parcel, as I was not home to provide the necessary PIN. I've previously ordered from this company and had my parcel left in a safe place. I was really looking forward to receiving my order. I was informed by the support team that I would get a refund and need to place a new order. However, when I tried to reorder the same items, many were out of my size. I can't comprehend why they couldn't have returned the parcel, which would have saved time and ensured I received my order the first time. Very disappointed with the service.
