I received an item that was dirty and clearly used. Getting in touch with customer service has been a NIGHTMARE! They only communicate via email, and I haven't gotten a response even after a week. I just want to arrange a return, but the frustrating situation with customer service makes this process incredibly annoying! This was my first purchase from the company, and it will definitely be my last! Terrible service!
