I ordered three pairs of trousers from a seller, but the quality was poor and they lacked drawstrings. I returned them about a month ago, after paying for postage both ways, and I still haven't received a refund. The customer service was not helpful; they directed me to another contact. I reached out to multiple parties, but no one knows where my parcel is. Despite having proof of return with tracking details, it seems I won't be getting my refund. I won't order from this seller again and advise others to reconsider as well.
