Absolute scam of a company. Stay well aware.
Gave my bank details over the phone for a £1 trial in January which we never attended emailed to cancel and never get replies.
Continue to try take £200 out of my bank account for no services received. Took 1 month for them to respond to one email stating I agree to the term and conditions and these were sent in an email when paying the trial. No terms and conditions email ever received.
Still getting chased for money for not receiving any services two months later!
SCAM SCAM SCAM
My previous review from
January been remove and I don’t know why .
I will write it again here .
Unauthorised charges taken from my…
Unauthorized charges taken from my account – never used the service
I was charged multiple times by ICLASSPRO / THEGYMN without my knowledge. I have never used their services and I did not authorise these payments.
They took:
• £102 in December
• £62 on 19/01/2026
• £62 on 21/01/2026
Total taken: £224
I only noticed after checking my bank statements. This seems to be happening to other people too based on the reviews here.
I have contacted my bank and I will be disputing these transactions. I do not recommend this company.
They don't even deserve a one-star rating. This is a complete scam; they are essentially stealing money from my bank account despite providing me with a written confirmation of my membership cancellation.
They charged us £150 a one month even though we never attended a single session. We contacted them 3–4 times via email and phone, and they confirmed 100% that the account was closed. Despite this, the charges continue. They have failed to provide any justification for why this is allowed under their Terms and Conditions. This is fraudulent and predatory behavior.
Scam - wish I’d checked reviews before booking. If anyone has been caught out by this I’d recommend cancelling your card as they will keep charging you regardless of contacting them to cancel. Claim a chargeback from your bank to retrieve your money - this is the only way you’ll get it back from these fraudsters. Report them to trading standards, and leave reviews here and on google reviews to warn others.
Aside from stealing money, I was really unimpressed by the class itself which seemed to be run by two uncharismatic teenagers who clearly had no skills or experience with children. They tried to get a room full of 2 year olds to follow quite a rigid class and activities. At one point my daughter was rolled with her full body weight onto her neck as they “supported” her to do a forward roll, just seems unsafe like they have no idea what they’re doing. Give it a miss.
The classes are okay but they bombard you with texts, call and emails trying to sell you things. They make it unclear what you are paying for and mislead you about how and when they are charging you. I would send your kids somewhere less focused on sales and go somewhere that cares about teaching kids gymnastics and wants them to have a nice experience.

This company seemed authentic but but it has dark methods of taking money through £1 trials. I wanted my son to join, we attended and realised there are no equipment for my 4 month year old son. The people working are not even trained. This company started to deduct money from my account and are bombarding me with emails and calls to pay £109. This is a classic threat for you to give in and their attempt to keep charging your card till they win. We cancelled the trial, a week later they kept ringing and telling us to pay up. I sent emails back and forth with laws, even asking for an SAR (any documents, videos, records, call recordings) held by the company about me. They ignore this and continued to harass. With that being said, I sense the law being broken. I would investigate and warn all customers to not join their scam trial sessions. Please consider reporting them to trading standards, and ask for your information and also to prove you owe them anything.
I would avoid this company at all costs!Very disappointed with this gymnastics academy. On top of already high monthly fees £40-£50 for a 5 month old, they also charge an additional £40 annual “insurance” fee, which feels excessive and poorly explained. The communication has been extremely unprofessional. They repeatedly call and text pressuring you to sign up, yet when you try to ask questions or respond with concerns, your correspondence is completely ignored. What really sealed it for me was the phone call to book a trial lesson — there was someone in the background of the office shouting and swearing profanity. This is meant to be a child-focused gymnastics environment, and that behaviour is totally inappropriate and unacceptable.Overall, poor communication, hidden/extra costs, and an unprofessional.
