The terms and conditions are heavily relied upon, but in our case they did not prevent billing errors and appear to change over time, which makes them hard to rely on with confidence.I also had concerns after reading publicly available information online relating to staff training, workplace culture, and safeguarding standards. This did raise questions for me as a parent and affected my confidence in the organisation overall.Due to the billing issues, lack of transparency, and wider concerns, this is not a service we would use again or recommend.
