Disgraceful company. Billed us twice for one month and put it down to a payment error. Refused to give us a refund and stated they just wouldn't charge for the month after. Fine I could deal with that. Then booked my daughter's party there only to arrive to find no-one knew about it even tho we spoke to them two days before the party. We Had to allow other kids into her party to cater for classes they had on at the same time. Once again attempted to request some answers only to be completely ignored. They then removed us from the system taking the money that we were yet to use with them. All they care about is taking your money. Avoid !
