I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a hamper on 16.12.25, and there was no communication whatsoever. After multiple emails from my side, they finally informed me that the hamper was lost in transit. I asked for a refund, but it never left their facility. The postal service has no record of it. I will not be using this company again—what a letdown, especially right before Christmas. Now I have to scramble to find another gift.
