Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a hamper on 16.12.25, and there was absolutely no communication from the company. I received no updates at all. After emailing them multiple times, they informed me that the hamper was lost in transit. I requested a refund, but the hamper was never in transit, as the postal service has no record of it. I will not use this service again. It was a major disappointment, especially right before Christmas. Now I have to scramble to find another gift.

UPDATE: The hamper finally arrived on 22/12, three days late. I requested a refund for the expedited delivery fee, and the representative was helpful in processing it. However, I would advise caution if you need your hamper by a specific date. I had previously ordered without issues, but for this order on 30/11, I specifically requested delivery by 19/12 for a special occasion. I paid an extra fee for this service, yet it was not delivered on the expected date, and attempts to follow up were fruitless. The response was to wait several more business days, which is unacceptable. Tracking still shows it in transit. I would recommend looking for a more reliable option.

Avoid this company

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a hamper on 16.12.25, and there was no communication whatsoever. Extremely Frustrated

I am extremely frustrated. I called well in advance to correct an address mistake and was assured it would be fixed. However, the tracking still showed it went to the wrong address, with a note saying 'cannot be redirected.' This is unbelievable and a total waste of money. If you need help due to an error, do not rely on this company; they are untrustworthy.

Beware of Misleading Practices

I feel compelled to share my experience as I believe the positive reviews are misleading. I had a terrible experience, and they did not fulfill their obligations under consumer law. I was shocked to see any positive feedback. I ordered standard delivery with an estimated date, but when I called for assistance, I was connected to a rude and unhelpful representative. They never informed me of a delay and insisted I needed to pay for express shipping to get it on time. When I asked to cancel, they refused. This company clearly does not prioritize customer service or adhere to their own policies or the law. I finally received my refund after multiple emails and contacting the authorities. If you opt for standard shipping, expect poor treatment and delays. Please know your rights as a consumer and be cautious.
