I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a hamper on 16.12.25, and there was absolutely no communication from the company. I received no updates at all. After emailing them multiple times, they informed me that the hamper was lost in transit. I requested a refund, but the hamper was never in transit, as the postal service has no record of it. I will not use this service again. It was a major disappointment, especially right before Christmas. Now I have to scramble to find another gift.
