I cancelled my trial subscription because the info provided by TH was out of date and generic info that could have been found in the public domain . But TH decided to take my money, even though its own website showed that my subscription had been cancelled. It has taken hundreds of pounds from me and has refused to even acknowledge my request to stop doing so.
Really poor experience, google gives you more accurate emails and contact points for individuals. Lots of information is out of date.The UX is also very poor, I was told my subscription was cancelled to then be charged and be told 'computer says no' by a chatbot email. Dissapointing.
