This company has the best customer service I have ever come across. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, which was a birthday present for a friend in Spain. I phoned the handmade soap company at 17.17 on Thursday evening. Jo answered and explained that everyone had gone home, but took my details and what I wanted to buy, etc and said someone would call me the next day. During that evening I received an email saying that my purchase had gone through - the purchase of the gift I wanted for my friend and the other order had been cancelled. 👏🏻👍🏻Someone was working overtime 🫣I highly recommend this company not just for their fantastic products, but especially the sincere care and help they offer their customers.
