They lack knowledge about different models, which is unacceptable for a seller of phone cases. They sent me a case that clearly does not fit my device, even though the site specifies my phone's model. Moreover, their customer care is rude and dismissive when contacted. This is the worst support experience I've ever had. They deny their mistakes with curt replies. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.
