I ordered a mobile case, but it arrived damaged. When I reached out to the support team for a return or replacement, my request was denied because I didn't record an unboxing video. Making this video a requirement for addressing a damaged item is unreasonable. Customers shouldn't be penalized for receiving defective products. Other platforms offer much better support and return policies. This experience has made me reconsider buying directly from this site. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I would think twice before purchasing here again.
