I have a very hard time drawing blood. I explained this to them through an email and they had to send me a second kit to try to properly fill it. I finally was able to send it back and I set up an appointment with them. They canceled my appointment 3 days prior to the appointment and said they needed more time then I never heard back from them so I emailed them again explaining my situation. They sent me another blood kit I tried to explain to them that I didn't want another blood kit I wanted a consultation with them I am now trying to get a refund from them and I'm having a hard time.
