I signed up for the health analysis and answered all their personal health questions and paid the $27 fee they charged me and chose the time and date for the analysis
They never responded or contacted me
I made numerous calls and sent emails then finally decided to cancel and get a refund
I am still waiting for a response and a refund .
I’m sorry I ever did any business with them because the company is a fraud and are scamming and cheating the public
Don’t do any business with them or you will be sorry , like me

I purchased the Blood Test Week expecting to receive my results directly, as I have with other at home testing kits in the past. Instead, I was informed via text that my results could only be reviewed during a consultation, which was rescheduled twice.

When the Zoom consultation finally happened, I was surprised to learn it was being recorded; something I had never encountered before for a simple lab review. From the beginning, the interaction felt more like a sales call than a health consultation. Having over 20 years of experience in sales myself, I immediately recognized the sales pitch format. When I questioned why my results hadn’t simply been released through email or a portal, my concern was ignored and the sales script continued.

At that point, I clarified that I already work with a functional medicine doctor and had only ordered the test to review my markers independently. Only then did she agree to release my results and abruptly ended the call.

When I opened the results, I discovered that the age, and date of birth were not mine. I contacted her immediately, and while she sent another link, it didn’t work. I ultimately had to log into the portal myself to access my correct results.

I have no issue with high-ticket offers when they are transparent and ethical. I’ve been a longtime supporter of Dr. Axe, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Health is not an area where aggressive sales tactics, poor communication, or data errors are acceptable. Mixing up patient information and withholding results behind a sales process is both unethical and unacceptable.

Going forward, I will rely solely on my practitioner for testing and interpretation.

Transformative Experience with the Health Regeneration Program

I am extremely thankful to have discovered the Health Regeneration program. After trying countless diets and struggling with weight fluctuations, I sought a solution to become the healthiest version of myself. My goal was to achieve physical freedom, allowing me to travel, explore, and manage daily tasks without pain or limitations as I age.
Now that I'm nearly halfway through the program, I've experienced some remarkable changes:
- I've lost around 10 pounds, even though that wasn't my main goal.
- My joints are pain-free, and I wake up without a puffy face.
- No more gas or bloating; I used to carry digestive aids everywhere.
- Headaches have disappeared; I no longer need pain relievers on hand.
- My menstrual cycles have been pain-free since starting.
- My mind feels clear, and I have so much energy that I’ve cut back on caffeine.
- Cooking has become enjoyable, as there's a wonderful variety of foods instead of being limited to a few 'diet' options.
- Overall, I feel happier, healthier, and more confident.
Here are some highlights of what I appreciate about the program:
- My practitioner genuinely assessed my situation instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. She acknowledged my family dynamics, ensuring I wouldn’t have to prepare separate meals for everyone and provided valuable insights for our collective success.
- The online modules are well-structured, offering digestible information that isn’t overwhelming.
- The recipes are fantastic, and while I occasionally adapt them to suit my family's preferences, they inspire me with new ideas.
- The written materials are beautifully designed, straightforward, and incredibly useful.
- The program begins with manageable changes, gradually progressing to more advanced habits that I’m prepared to embrace. In essence, I always feel informed and supported throughout this journey. This program promotes genuine transformation rather than temporary fixes that fade away, which is often the case with typical diets.
Once again, I’m immensely grateful for the expertise of those who developed this impactful, life-enhancing program.

Aggressive sales tactics and misleading information

They employ fear tactics to pressure you into spending a significant amount on their program. During my review call, the representative became quite aggressive, suggesting that I would suffer the same fate as a family member without having a complete understanding of my health history. She claimed I wasn't taking my health seriously enough and misrepresented my lab results, which were considerably higher than the actual medical tests I had from my doctor at the same time. Additionally, she dismissed my conventional doctor's expertise. The emphasis was on prioritizing health over finances, and while she initially mentioned a lower monthly payment option, she failed to clarify that it would extend for 48 months. Be cautious, as they can be quite pushy and withhold important financial details unless prompted.

Don't waste your time

I didn’t make it past the sales pitch. The appointment lasted about an hour and a half (or more) mostly consisting of someone reading scores back to me from the symptom form I had completed when I signed up- it was constant manipulative sales tactics including visualizing what my life would look like if I felt better with little to no information on how that would happen and asking me about 45 times if this felt like something I wanted though I had no idea what I was even agreeing to.I understand that this is a business; however, I sought this out hoping to receive the kind of comprehensive support I’ve been missing for years from conventional medicine. I also PAID $30 to be sold to... Believing I was meeting with a true health practitioner, I shared that my miscarriage was what prompted me to seek assistance. It felt like they were trying to capitalize on the traumatic experiences Instead of true support, I was met with a series of sales qualifying questions, no details on pricing, what was or wasn’t included, and then, when we finally got to the cost, the first question I was asked was, “Do you have good credit?” before I even saw a cost. That turned me off and was a far cry from what I believed to be the purpose of Dr. Axe’s teachings. I had hoped for a faith-based, compassionate approach to address my health concerns. While I don’t doubt that the program may be supportive for some, the experience felt disingenuous and sales-driven. The representative even used the classic line that I had “one day before the price went up $1,500.” I left feeling deeply disappointed. The pricing I was provided verbally didn’t match what the sales collateral stated.. for example, there was $1,000 in the line item for 2 rounds of blood testing that was no longer included but ONE round would be part of the increase to $8,500. So, I would get the program for 8k with no blood testing but 8,500 for one round of blood testing. I had a lot of questions on how you could do this without blood testing, and why the $1,000 for blood testing was still being charged though there was no blood testing. I want true support to my health- not a time share or used car pitch. While I do believe Dr. Axe’s practices are worthwhile, I believe greed has turned this from being about helping people to making money. So, so disappointed.

BEWARE PREDATORY SALES TACTICS!!

I just completed my initial consultation with a person by the name of Dave Larson, who acknowledged he is not a healthcare professional, just a salesman. I was upfront with Mr. Larson that I was uncertain about what the program included, and that finances would likely be a limiting factor, if he wanted to skip to those issues in order to avoid wasting his time. He assured me he had plenty of time and that there was an order to the pitch and to just hang tight. Once he was done with the presentation, I was fairly impressed with the program, though admittedly concerned about the expense (it's $8K, by the way). When I indicated that I wondered how to get in touch with him in the near future once I was ready to sign on, he went FULL snake oil salesman with his bullish, emotional manipulation. As I reflected over the phone call I realized he was injecting these predatory sales tactics all along. For example, half way through he instructed me that he didn't believe I was going to be capable to make a decision and that he thought I needed to reschedule so my husband could be there to make the deal. (um...wut?) At the end, I was scolded and informed I just wasn't motivated enough...just like he suspected. (!!!) I informed Mr. Larson, that I am indeed motivated, and that I intend to sign on to a program, but that I am doing my research to determine where and with whom. (Certainly not with this organization, which is sad because Dr. Axe is a hero of mine.) I likewise informed Mr. Larson, he might want to reconsider his sales practices, since he had previously indicated he was new to the program. Just a disgusting way to treat people, especially folks who are particularly vulnerable with health issues. I sincerely hope folks from The Health Institute understand how a person like this reflects on Dr. Axe and his legacy. Shameful stuff...
