Their customer service e-mail is just an AI agent that doesn't escalate your case to a human, regardless of what it says. I'm not sure what has happened to this company as of late, but they have either sold out to another company or they just don't care anymore. Avoid unless you want to take a gamble on whether their product will work or not.
