Awful customer service from Carmen. Evri have admitted to losing my order, proof sent to Carmen at Hificat but they still won't replace my order. They are now ignoring all my emails. Please do not use Hificat!!!!UPDATE: All Hificat have done in response is give me a link to the tracking which I already have. They are not interested in finding out where it is and why it's been stationary for 2 weeks.
