AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a Muse M6, which arrived faulty. There was a loose piece of metal inside the unit’s circuit board area, clearly visible through the glass panel. The metal fragment moved around when the device was handled and posed a serious risk of internal damage.
I then spent several weeks trying to arrange a return. Instead of offering a straightforward replacement or refund, the retailer suggested that I either attempt the repair myself — using a heat gun and suction tool to remove the glass — or take the device to a repair shop and pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Neither option was acceptable for a brand-new faulty product.
Only after informing them that I would be raising a dispute with PayPal did they finally agree to issue a refund.
Although I eventually received the refund after repeated follow-ups, they have refused to reimburse the return shipping cost (to china). As a result, I am still out of pocket for an issue that was entirely the retailer’s responsibility.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Although there were unexpected delivery complications during the shipping process, their customer service was consistently professional, responsive, and respectful. They always replied to my emails with patience and clarity, even during a stressful situation.

I ordered a portable DAC right before the Lunar New Year. The team contacted me and notified that the color I chose was unavailable and we agreed on the alternate color.
