Order was never delivered and seller…

UPDATE: almost two weeks and still no refund for the order that was never delivered, despite me giving them all the requested information and confirming with Yodel who said themselves they have no proof of postage. Currently putting a case together so I can go to my credit card directly to sort this. Order was never delivered and seller hasn't responded to me. I chased up Yodel who confirmed it was never delivered and they advised I contact HifiCat directly, which I did a week ago. Someone needs to reply to me so a refund can be actioned. If not I'll have to get in touch with my bank and charge the money back. I'm willing to remove this review when the refund is confirmed.
