I ordered an Ladder Chopin from this company on 3rd November 2025. On 4th November, I cancelled my order (due to an unforseen event). I emailed the company and apologised that I had to cancel and they were fine with that saying the refund would be issued forthwith. As of 10th December 2025, they still have not issued a refund and will not answer emails. I advise anyone not to deal with this company. They are scamming people. In my case, £1186.
