I ordered a portable DAC right before the Lunar New Year. The team contacted me and notified that the color I chose was unavailable and we agreed on the alternate color. Also they were able to dispatch my order right before the holidays and it came to me in Prague just in a week! I was quite surprised.
Product is amazing for the price (FiiO KA13), it costs a quarter more in Europe.
I’ll consider to buy something else here for sure.
