I placed an order during the Black Friday sale for a birthday gift, but a week later it still hadn't shipped. I reached out to customer support to inquire about my parcel, but received no reply. Now, nearly two weeks later, I've received an automated email stating my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. The customer service has been terrible, and I won't be returning. The item I wanted is now unavailable everywhere, and I can't understand how it could be out of stock when it was available at the time of my order. They've held almost £300 of my money for two weeks. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
