Yep, I like the Hipstore and have got some great bits from them. It would be 5* but the order system needs work as I have ordered bits several times where I am later told it’s out of stock. Last time I ordered an item, got a refund and told its out of stock, but later it was still showing on website, so I ordered, and got the same refund and email saying out of stock. Tech issue I know, but so frustrating, when sometimes in the process I could have got it elsewhere where it is in stock.
Hi, I hate to write a bad review but I ordered a jacket during the winter sale on December 18th, 2025. It is February 4th, 2026 and I have yet to receive my package and I received no updates on when my package is coming or where my package is. I’ve tried emailing HIP personally but haven’t received any responses.
I placed an order and paid a delivery fee of £5.99, only to receive the wrong item entirely. Now I have to return it for a refund, but they will deduct the postage costs despite it being their mistake. Additionally, they mentioned it would take 14 days to process my refund once they get the item back. This is an absurd situation; I would never choose this service again!
It’s amusing to notice that just a few weeks ago, someone else reported a similar problem. I purchased a pair of shoes on sale, and upon opening the package, I found they had clearly been worn; the leather was creased and the soles were dirty. While they were on sale, selling visibly worn shoes as new is unacceptable! I’ve emailed the support team, similar to the other customer, but have yet to receive a response.

Tracking showed my order was being returned instead of being left with a neighbor as requested. After spending half an hour on hold with customer support, I learned my delivery wouldn't arrive as it was being sent back and would be processed by the warehouse. When I asked about reordering, I was told the items were sold out. I even suggested they resend the ready package, but I was told, "that's not our process." I'm very dissatisfied with this experience and found the service lacking. It's disappointing, as I've never encountered such issues before, and I plan to steer clear of this seller in the future.

I had a terrible experience with service; my trainer order took two weeks to arrive, but it was lost. I asked if they could expedite a new pair, but they insisted I would need to be refunded and place a new order, including an additional shipping fee for fast tracking. I requested to speak with management, but they wouldn't connect me. I strongly advise against using this service!
My order arrived with the incorrect item inside. After spending forty-five minutes on the phone, I still had no resolution. I've returned the wrong item and am waiting for my refund. Since it wasn't my mistake, I believe I should receive a replacement immediately instead of waiting for a refund to reorder. I'm very disappointed.
