I had a terrible experience with service; my trainer order took two weeks to arrive, but it was lost. I asked if they could expedite a new pair, but they insisted I would need to be refunded and place a new order, including an additional shipping fee for fast tracking. I requested to speak with management, but they wouldn't connect me. I strongly advise against using this service!
