I ordered three items worth over £100. After missing the initial delivery because of work, I rescheduled it for a time when I would be available, but the delivery arrived late again. When I tracked it, it showed it was being returned to the seller instead of being left with a neighbor or taken to a collection point as I requested. I called customer support and spent half an hour on hold, only to learn my delivery wouldn't arrive as it was being returned and would be processed by the warehouse. When I asked about reordering, I was told the items were sold out. I suggested they resend the package that was already prepared, but was told, "that's not our process." I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and the service was ineffective. I've never faced such issues before and will likely avoid this seller in the future.
