I ordered three items totaling over £100. After missing the initial delivery due to work, I rescheduled for a time when I'd be home, but the delivery was late again. Tracking showed my order was being returned instead of being left with a neighbor as requested. After spending half an hour on hold with customer support, I learned my delivery wouldn't arrive as it was being sent back and would be processed by the warehouse. When I asked about reordering, I was told the items were sold out. I even suggested they resend the ready package, but I was told, "that's not our process." I'm very dissatisfied with this experience and found the service lacking. It's disappointing, as I've never encountered such issues before, and I plan to steer clear of this seller in the future.
