PLS READ AND DONT BUY

After purchasing an order of 2 packs of tobaccos in the first half of December. I did receive the first one after few days (which I was happy with), for the other one I supposed to wait 5 days. On the 28th of December I have asked for an update on the missing one, and the reply was that wasn’t been shipped yet, that will be shipped on the very next day (which again I was happy with), I had to chase again on the 3rd of January and they told me that supposed be already with me, but then probably realize again that product not shipped and that product will be with me100% at the end of the week ( I start to get annoyed, but hey). Today 6th of January still no product and I have been told that they do not have control on Royal Mail, ohh and that I have been already supply a tracking (which is a screenshot in today conversation). Really not professional and probably very scammy.DO NOT BUY PLEASE, is just a waist of money
