This company offers very competitive pricing for quality products. I placed an urgent order and opted for next-day delivery. The order was processed swiftly, but there was an issue with the carrier. Fortunately, this was resolved satisfactorily, and we were very satisfied with the service.
First off, my previous review seems to have disappeared? I ordered some beer kits and, like many, increased my order to avoid shipping fees. The delivery arrived without one of the kits, which is still listed as available online. I had to drive 40 miles to get another kit, leaving me with unnecessary items. The company apologized, but they continue to accept orders for out-of-stock items. Their organization is lacking; just because you pay for an item doesn’t mean it’s actually available. They didn’t refund me immediately until I pointed out the missing item.
