Ordered a box of 30 crazy fleeces for 180 plus vat. some pretty good pieces in there, many very standard pieces that i don't think could qualify as crazy fleeces. One of the better fleeces had a substantial hole in it, and two were stained beyond repair. I am local and support local business, but after the full upper limit of 10% of "minor imperfections" was reached, one of which - a large hole in the shoulder seam of one of the better products - being more than a minor imperfection, I contacted them and wasn't offered so much as an apology, which is a shame, because i visited the warehouse and really liked the guys, but i shall not be ordering from them again. if my first box has the upper limit of 10% of imperfections that border on making products unsellable, it doesn't set a good precedent for future orders. Plus other wholesalers with higher review scores are much cheaper. I've seen 50 Branded fleeces for 200, so £1 per extra fleece. Some of the pieces looked like old lady charity shop jumpers, it was just overall a poor experience, which is a shame, because they seemed to be nice guys. When I raised this with them, they simply stated that this was policy and offered nothing in the way of an apology. Shall definitely be using a different wholesaler next time.
