Review Time
Ordered a box of 30 crazy fleeces for 180 plus vat. some pretty good pieces in there, many very standard pieces that i don't think could qualify as crazy fleeces. One of the better fleeces had a substantial hole in it, and two were stained beyond repair. I am local and support local business, but after the full upper limit of 10% of "minor imperfections" was reached, one of which - a large hole in the shoulder seam of one of the better products - being more than a minor imperfection, I contacted them and wasn't offered so much as an apology, which is a shame, because i visited the warehouse and really liked the guys, but i shall not be ordering from them again. if my first box has the upper limit of 10% of imperfections that border on making products unsellable, it doesn't set a good precedent for future orders. Plus other wholesalers with higher review scores are much cheaper. I've seen 50 Branded fleeces for 200, so £1 per extra fleece. Some of the pieces looked like old lady charity shop jumpers, it was just overall a poor experience, which is a shame, because they seemed to be nice guys. When I raised this with them, they simply stated that this was policy and offered nothing in the way of an apology. Shall definitely be using a different wholesaler next time.
Just started using these guys & very happy so far. There were a couple of issues with grading on my first box. but that was more a learning for me than anything. Jack is great as my contact & always answers any questions I have within 24 hours & often the same day. Great products & great customer service from the team

FINALLY found a wholesaler I can rely on 🙏 I have been reselling for years now and have really struggled with finding a supplier that is consistent in their items. The Hub has been FANTASTIC. I don’t even know where to begin..I’ve been spending £4k each month testing out all the uk wholesalers and TheHub is by far the worst and it’s not even close. Firstly 3 boxes of stuff I bought which was “washed & folded” came very clearly not.. still in the creased state from being vacuum sealed and sent across the world from a rag house. To compensate they sent me a discount code for 1/2 the amount it cost me to wash them myself.I’ve never received so many fake items from a wholesaler before.. fake Ralph Lauren , north face, Tommy Hilfiger.Even fast fashion! Imagine my surprise when I bought x50 Ralph Lauren T-shirts open the box and find a PRIMARK tshirt!!! Aswell as blank T-shirts just labeled “best quality!” (lol)This is the worst grade A I’ve come across in the industry. Buy x50 shirts and be prepared to have 40 with some form of stain. Bought 30 Ralph Lauren chinos and 20 of them have some stain on the front fly or ass..I returned x17 rl v necks as the “grade A”wasn’t even Grade B.. I’m talking whole curry spilled down the front. Stuff with multiple thumb sized holes, mold etc.They let me return for a replacement. Imagine the replacement I received was even worse condition stuff! How do you mess that up?Not to mention buying 40 Harrington jackets 1/2 the stuff I get is a bomber jacket or track jacket. Buying 50 V necks and half the stuff I receive isn’t a V neck? Bought x30 denim shirts 20 of the shirts I receive are white woven cotton not denim? (All with stains on btw should I add) gonna have fun trying to sell 20 bleach or dye stained white shirts. Just at every level it was disappointing.This was a big order across many different product categories too not just 1 unlucky box etc so I would save yourself the trouble/money and avoid.
