I purchased an order from Ilex Wood but decided not to order again as it was not to my liking. Back in November I received an email saying another order was about to be dispatched so I emailed back to say I hadn't ordered anything. Apparently because of a discount I accepted the first time round it meant I had to pay for a minimum of two orders. Okay that's fine. (A refund was also refused even though the order had not yet been dispatched). The money had already been collected from my account for this second order but after numerous emails (some of which were answered, some were not) I still did not receive the order paid for. I was told initially that although payment had been collected from my bank account they didn't think I wanted the order!! Their reasoning was because I had told them 'please make sure that no further items are posted to me and that you do not automatically take any future payments as I do not wish to purchase any more items from Ilex Wood'. Really!! If they thought I didn't want the order already paid for then why not issue a refund? To this day I have not received the order or a refund.
