Very poor customer service. No reply to any emails regarding order status. I ordered a figurine on 24th November, paid online, only got one email regarding order confirmation and after that nothing. When asked about an update, they just gave me a tracking link to track my order (which doesnt work). Im convinced this is a scam as they are not responding to any emails/ instagram DMs. Have reported them on Instagram as fraud, will be doing the same in cyber crime/ and NCH, if they do not comply with my refund requests.
