The books are in very bad state, I don't even call those as a book the pages are bad, torn and the response is bad as well.
I don't even give one star, I don't even call those as books. never ever trust this store and don't buy.
First of all delivery was not on time they delayed the delivery by 3 days and when the product arrived it was not what i ordered. I ordered a Harry potter pen stand and i got the Hermione one which i would have easily bought for half of the price i paid from amazon and when i try to reach them out for exchange there is not a single reply. Waste of my money
Pirated fraudsters, This bookstore will F__king scam you. I got ads on instagram to buy from this website cheap good books, and i thought it was too good to be true, and i was right as all of the books are low quality pirated versions with poor page quality that tores off easily and misprints and spelling mistakes everywhere. I mean you really can't expect quality if you're buying from some random website that sells cheap books. That aside, after ordering 6 books, I had only recieved 4 books, and they had scammed the shit out of me by not giving me my 2 other books worth 800rs. Contacting their customer support also doesn't help because they will reply slower than a sloth, and just tell you to contact their email support even after sending the details. The email support also doesn't help at all as they will ask for all your details and never reply and will completely ghost you. I never should have bought books from here, I would just stick to buying the original books that are more expensive rather than scamming myself. Buy at YOUR OWN RISK!
Today a great surprise hit my door a mega mega megatron cause it big like Everest so cool it brought back my childhood memories. I really got emotional cause first time I saw such good piece and realistic like I used to see in the Micheal bay movies so great thanks The Indian bookstore for giving such gift which just made my day good.
Very poor customer service. No reply to any emails regarding order status. I ordered a figurine on 24th November, paid online, only got one email regarding order confirmation and after that nothing. When asked about an update, they just gave me a tracking link to track my order (which doesnt work). Im convinced this is a scam as they are not responding to any emails/ instagram DMs. Have reported them on Instagram as fraud, will be doing the same in cyber crime/ and NCH, if they do not comply with my refund requests.
Bought Hellstar Remina for 999. The packaging is bad. The 'HARD' Cover is terrible, the pages aren't even filled to the sides, the ink is splotchy, irregular and sometimes nonexistent. My fault for not checking online first before giving these people my hard earned money.wish there was a negative 5 star.
