First of all I did not “CHOOSE” to use Infinity Travel. It is a complete scam that I got by going to an American Airlines web page to try to make a reservation. The background yelling and screaming in the room was so loud you could not hear the person on the phone. That person (there were several, all with fake names) had no idea what he was doing. I was put on lengthy holds for him to complete every transaction . SCAM
