Scammers, I lost my flight and called the number I found for lost flight, to get to this scamming company, stressed out for missing the flight, i should understand it war scamming when a indian guy answered for missing a finnish
airline, he said I had to pay the price differenc, when I look at finnair.com I found out that i payed three times as much as ordering a new ticket myself from Finnair.and I had to buy luggage on the airport beside of this shit. If you miss the flight, never contact these Indian thieves.
Phoned Qantas to amend a booking, but somehow were connected to Bosco Miller at Infinity Travel, who claimed to be a Qantas agent. He charged the $125 Qantas change fee, which I paid, then quoted $800 to make the amended booking. This amount became $1275, as we are in Australia and the above was USD, and so we said we didn’t want to go ahead as it was $300 cheaper to book a whole new flight- he said too late, the money was gone (this was all in one phone call). We rang Qantas back again on the same number, who informed us the $125 was the change fee for the changed flight, the $1275 was not part of the fare at all and was not received by them.This is an absolute scam, currently trying to cancel the payment.
