I couldn't track my order. When I reached out to customer service, they sent a replacement package that was also damaged. They wouldn't permit me to return the items or issue a refund, advising me to give it to someone else. The contents were damaged and looked like they had been opened previously, suggesting it could have been someone else's return. Moreover, the items were not what was advertised.
