I ordered a sweatshirt that I was really excited about, but the entire experience has been a nightmare. The carrier returned the package despite my address being correct. Instead of helping, the company told me I had to pay again for both the product and shipping to have it resent. They also mentioned that any refund would be significantly reduced due to 'loss of product' and shipping costs, meaning I would get almost nothing back for something I never received. I explained that the issue wasn't my fault, but they refused to take responsibility. Their final response was merely empty apologies without any real solution. I strongly advise against this company.
