I purchased the 2025 Crochet Advent Calendar. The order confirmation clearly stated it would be the same as shown in the video, but it was not even close. The video showed a woman holding it in two hands, and the size was nowhere near that. The video also featured a crochet hook with a resin handle and metal hook, but what I received was a cheap plastic toy hook. The video displayed a hook stand and other gifts, but only small balls of yarn were included. I complained and received a response, but now I can’t make contact with them. This feels fraudulent.
