I am very unhappy with how my recent claim was managed and the service from the provider. I took out my insurance policy the day I adopted my dog, who had passed all health checks. There was no indication of any illness at that time. Unfortunately, my dog was diagnosed with an illness later, and when I submitted a claim, I was informed it wouldn't be approved because the diagnosis occurred after the policy started. Their reasoning is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, when I attempted to cancel my insurance, the representative showed no willingness to help, highlighting their poor customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this insurance provider.
