I have been experiencing acute mental health issues, from going through financial difficulty. I was apprehensive about reaching out The Insurance Emporium in sharing this with them, as I was experiencing cash flow issues with my premium payments.

I'm so glad I did, as they gave me valuable support, showed kindness and empathy when I was at my lowest point. I'm genuinely bowled over at how brilliant they've been, which has allowed me to keep our dog's insurance policy going.

Leanne was amazing today helping me to set up a new policy for my father's new Jack Russell puppy. She was very friendly and helpful and and gave good clear information about the policies. We now have the correct policy to suit our pup and finances. Having used this company for my own current dogs and also my old collie dog, where I have made various claims. I know that making a claim has been made easy, and they have paid the claim efficiently and in good time manner too. They were very understanding and caring when it came to end of life for my old pet policy also. Because of all this, I really do highly recommend you use this company to insure your pet has a good quality cover!

We recently had to make our first claim with Emporium Pet Insurance, and I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the service we received.
From start to finish, the process was handle professionally and they dealt directly with our vet, which made everything so much easier and far less stressful during an already worrying time. We didn’t have to chase paperwork or manage back-and-forth communication — it was all taken care smoothly.

I would absolutely recommend Emporium Pet Insurance to any pet owner looking for reliable, professional cover and peace of mind.

Severely let down by the claims process

I am very disappointed with how my recent claim was managed and the overall service from the provider. I secured my insurance policy when I adopted my dog, who had passed all health checks. There were no signs of illness at that time. After my dog was diagnosed later, I submitted a claim, only to be told it wouldn't be approved because the diagnosis came after the policy began. Their justification is unacceptable and unprofessional. Moreover, when I called to cancel my insurance, the representative made no effort to assist, which reflects poorly on their customer service. I strongly advise against this insurance provider.

I am very unhappy with how my recent claim was managed and the service from the provider. I took out my insurance policy the day I adopted my dog, who had passed all health checks.
