My new iPhone 14 Pro arrived promptly, was in great condition (considering it was refurbished), and was well packaged. The problem was when I switched it on it ran in a constant reboot cycle. A bit of research revealed that a full reset and update was needed (luckily I have an iMac to facilitate all of this), which put things right. My issue is, the phone software was clearly faulty when it left iOutlet (obvious at switch on), which a consider quite a major failing - surely it should work out of the box? Hence the mark down :(
