Easy ordering and good delivery. Having ordered a refurbished phone through a different company initially and having a bad experience right from the delivery stage, I was worried about trying again. Luckily the phone works this time, massive improvement and my daughter seems very happy with it. It did have a few more chips to casing than I would have expected for grade A but the cover does conceal these (guessing previous owner didn’t use a cover). Hoping the phone continues to work well in which case I would use ioutlet again (much better than BackMarket😉)

There was a fault when the phone first arrived. No problem returning the phone but the colour I originally chose was no longer available. However a satisfactory replacement arrived promptly. The new phone is great. Thanks to Cory.
