I purchased a Macbook Pro advertised as Grade A, trusting the company’s grading standards and positive reviews. Unfortunately, the item I received had clear cosmetic defects that do not align with reasonable Grade A expectations and were present on arrival. When I raised this immediately, the company insisted the device met their internal Grade A criteria and attempted to reclassify my return as a “change of mind”, refusing to provide a prepaid return label. This is despite the issue being a condition dispute, not buyer preference. What was most disappointing was the unwillingness to take responsibility, the time wasted going back and forth, and the attempt to shift return costs onto the customer for a product that was not supplied as described. Internal grading definitions were used to override common sense and consumer rights.I would advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious. If you receive a device that falls short of expectations, be prepared for resistance and a drawn-out dispute rather than customer-focused resolution.
