I was very disappointed as only had refurbished phone for a year, where bought an iPhone 13 in A+ pristine condition, and battery not now holding its charge. However, after posting this review yesterday evening, Ollie from iOutlet rang this morning and offered to replace battery. So actually very good service and would recommend them!
