I've bought from this seller before and had better deals. This time, the basic "Tracked" service seemed to be at risk of being lost by the carrier, causing me to worry about its arrival. Since it was a birthday gift, this was concerning, but thankfully it did arrive.
Items arrived promptly, but the only letdown was the absence of standard gift packaging. There should be an option to request this when placing an order. I had to make another call during the busy Christmas season and wait for the gift bags to be sent. Although they were dispatched quickly, it could have been avoided. Overall, still great service. Thank you!
I'd give 10 stars if I could. The three charms I ordered are of outstanding quality. I encountered a minor issue with the lack of boxes since it was for three different recipients, but I reached out to the team, and they promptly sent more, which I received today. Thank you very much!
