Items arrived promptly, but the only letdown was the absence of standard gift packaging. There should be an option to request this when placing an order. I had to make another call during the busy Christmas season and wait for the gift bags to be sent. Although they were dispatched quickly, it could have been avoided. Overall, still great service.
