When I attempted to cancel, the staff was extremely rude, insisting that only my wife could cancel since she signed. We sought a refund for the charges incurred after the initial two months, but the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful during the call with my wife. If you visit this business, do not sign anything; just use their coupon for your one-time visit, as that is all you truly need. My wife had about four sessions with different chiropractors, and she felt worse after each visit, which is why we stopped attending before the month ended. I plan to report them to the appropriate authorities.
