This practice is the definition of unprofessionalism and has genuinely made me question their medical ethics.
I was over-adjusted on multiple occasions, which ultimately resulted in a herniated disc. That alone should alarm any prospective patient. On top of that, the constant staff turnover is so extreme that there is zero continuity of care — a serious red flag in any medical environment and a strong indicator of deeper management issues (which, after being exposed to the manager’s attitude, is not surprising).
The administrative negligence is just as bad as the clinical care. I requested cancellation of my subscription/membership in June 2025 due to an overseas move. When I briefly returned to Denver in October 2025 after a 10-hour long-haul flight, I came in once out of desperation, fully expecting to pay out of pocket — only to discover my subscription/membership had never been cancelled. I was reassured again that it would be handled and that I would be refunded from my original June request.
Months later, well into the new year, my card was still being charged.
After repeated attempts to resolve this calmly and amicably, I was told the cancellation “didn’t go through” because I hadn’t signed a form — a form that was never once mentioned during either cancellation attempt. That is not a patient error. That is an operational failure.
It gets worse. When the manager (Lauren) finally called, I asked her to call me back a few minutes later. Instead, she sent a text message accusing me of being rude, issued only a partial refund, declared the matter closed, and has since refused to speak with me. I all understand that staff have been instructed to hang up on me if I called to address the issue.
Being injured under their care is one thing. Being dismissed, blamed, and stonewalled while they continue charging me is another.
Moral of the story: If a medical practice cannot handle basic patient safety, communication, and billing integrity — believe them. They are showing you exactly how little accountability exists behind the scenes. This is not a one-off mistake; it is how they operate and they will certainly prioritise profits over patients.
Proceed with extreme caution.
Be cautious about this business. They entice you with a $30 bone alignment offer, but once you arrive, they present a seemingly friendly plan to maintain your body alignment. You are pressured into signing a two-month plan for $169 in the first month, which includes 10 sessions, followed by 6 sessions in the second month. What they fail to disclose is that this will become a recurring monthly charge. My wife and I were misled; she was told to sign the agreement without proper explanation. When I attempted to cancel, the staff was extremely rude, insisting that only my wife could cancel since she signed. We sought a refund for the charges incurred after the initial two months, but the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful during the call with my wife. If you visit this business, do not sign anything; just use their coupon for your one-time visit, as that is all you truly need. My wife had about four sessions with different chiropractors, and she felt worse after each visit, which is why we stopped attending before the month ended. I plan to report them to the appropriate authorities.
Untrustworthy and unethical practices. They employ misleading tactics to obtain your credit card details and pressure you into signing a hidden contract without adequately clarifying the terms. When I reached out to dispute the charges and seek a solution, the representative was disrespectful, declined to provide her name, and abruptly ended the call. Following that, they completely ignored my attempts to contact them. No customer service and no accountability. Once they have your payment, they show no concern. I highly advise steering clear of this service and proceeding with extreme caution.
The departure of the chiropractor from the local clinic is incredibly disappointing. He was, without a doubt, the best practitioner I've ever encountered. I signed up for the monthly plan specifically because of his effective and thoughtful treatments, which genuinely addressed my concerns. The improvements I saw were solely due to his expertise. Without him, the clinic no longer offers the same quality of care that made me a loyal customer. They have truly lost an exceptional professional!
I’m really disappointed that the skilled chiropractor is no longer at this location. He was the best I’ve ever encountered, and I had signed up for a plan because of his effective and thoughtful treatments that truly resolved my issues. Now, without him, the service doesn’t meet the standard that initially earned my loyalty. They’ve really lost a valuable asset!
The adjustment table is very narrow. During my session, I was partially off the side of the table, which felt unsafe. I've seen many chiropractors before, and none had tables this narrow. The adjustment was so forceful that it caused pain in my thigh, which is still sore two days later. I also have ongoing hip pain now, despite informing the doctor about my arthritis. I won't return, but I appreciate that there are other doctors available.
The location I visited is permanently closed, and it’s frustrating that corporate hasn’t been helpful. I’ve lost money due to the closure. This franchise used to be reliable, but it seems that’s no longer the case. There were deceptive practices regarding their hours and pricing, which feels dishonest and unprofessional.
Every time I visit, I look forward to seeing my chiropractor. She provides gentle yet effective adjustments while also checking in on my well-being. I always leave feeling physically better and emotionally uplifted, as my headaches have disappeared thanks to her care. The relief I experience, especially at work, keeps me coming back!
I found this service to be a scam! They don’t provide x-rays or sufficient adjustments, and canceling was a nightmare. Even after not attending for two months, they continued to charge my card. I had to fight to get my money back after filling out a cancellation form, only to be charged again. Very frustrating!
