I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order that was marked as delivered, but the tracking photo showed it was not delivered to my home. I explained this to the company, but then I received a message from a representative who sent a photo of my building, suggesting I was lying. It was shocking that they took such invasive steps and treated me with hostility. I now feel at a loss for a significant amount of money. Their responses and handling of the situation seem unprofessional and inappropriate. Other customers have shared similar experiences, and I should have researched before ordering. If you decide to order, be cautious as they may reference your personal details in unsettling ways.
